DESIGN
Our design team provides assistance and joint efforts with our customers in the process of developing new models, in order to ensure the desired result.
LAB
We evaluate the quality and compliance of the fabrics in accordance with the mandatory rules (REACH, Ökotex …). We carry out rigorous tests on the content of raw materials used and ensure their quality through physical and chemical analysis.
We carry out a wide range of tests:
· Chemical analysis;
· Textile characteristics;
· Color fastness;
· Toxicity level;
· Dimensional stability
· Physical resistance, etc.
CAD/CAM
We have an advanced software optimization of the cut of fabric, reducing to the maximum the waste of raw materials. Our automatic cutting system consists of two “Gerber” machines that allow the simultaneous cutting of several layers of fabric up to 5 cm thick, in a wide variety of textile materials.
FINISHING
We assure fast response and high quality to the customer, even in the most delicate articles. With all our partners, we produce high quality products using various techniques such as:
DIGITAL PRINTING
Digital stamping that allows you to apply the entire image thymus and digital effects with maximum level of resolution and consistency that comes close to perfection, combining the advantage of minimum expenditure of chemicals, raising the ecological level of the final product. This technology uses water-based eco-inks with the Oeko-Tex certificate.
SUBLIMATION
Technique set for printing on textile fibers (+ 50% polyester), which has the great advantage of being highly resistant to washing and keeping the colors consistent and bright, being able to provide rigid contrasts. This technique also allows the sublimated tissues greater absorption of light and reduction of brightness.
AIRDYE
Airdye technology is revolutionary in the printing and dyeing of fabrics since it does not require the use of water. Patented dyes are transferred to the fabrics through a heating process, without the use of solvents or emission of any pollutants. It is the most advanced printing and dyeing process at the "ecological footprint" level. Both the dyes and pigments used as used paper can be fully recyclable.
WASHES:
· Anti-Pilling: enzyme wash that removes the hair and provides a clean and very soft appearance to the parts.
· Devoré: application of a chemical process capable of producing a corrosion effect, which can be applied to the whole part, or only in the part where the effect is intended.
· Fade Out: gives the pieces an aged look (jeans type).
